Is Synergy Expansion a Scam Type a Job?

I called them and they explained everything to me pretty easily. I applied for management and they said I’d have to learn how to do direct sales. That works for me. They have an average rating in the BBB w/ no complaints. So I don’t see how they’re not reputable. I haven’t been asked for money either. I just started and I know they open up branches for people to run. I don’t remember them referring to anything as an “office job.” They hired a receptionist too. But she quit her first week because the phones rang too much and there weren’t enough phone lines.
