What is a Good Part Time Job for a Mommy?

I was thinking about getting a part time job once up north until a great full time job comes along. What are some good ideas?

Suggestion:

Do you have a bachelors? In my state that is all that is needed to be a subsitute teacher. You get like 100.00 a day but your at will sometimes only getting the call the night before.

Retail is good but they often want you to work nights and weekends.
